Preamble
These terms and conditions apply to all orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Artemondo New Srl.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.
Please note: the colors of the photos may vary slightly from the actual product, depending on the settings of the monitor or device used.
To view the price list and place an order, you must access the reserved area.
To register on the site, follow these steps:
Fill out the form with your details, taking care to enter your VAT number. Our Staff will verify the data you have provided as soon as possible and check if there are other retail outlets in the area. You will receive a notification of successful enablement to your reserved price list. You will be enabled to make your purchases on our site, with the special prices of your reserved price list.
1. Prices
The valid price is the one indicated in the order confirmation sent via email.
All prices are excluding VAT and do not include shipping costs.
2. Orders
Artemondo New Srl reserves the right to accept or reject an order within 2 working days, based on the availability of the items.
The order confirmation will contain the list of products and their respective prices (excluding shipping and VAT).
Our staff will contact you to agree on the terms of sale, the amount, and the effective delivery date.
The minimum purchase order is €250.00 + VAT.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery to the courier – for amounts up to €3,000.00
- Cash on delivery with sight bank cheque to the courier made out to Artemondo New Srl
- Advance bank transfer made out to Artemondondo New Srl - Istituto di Credito UNICREDIT - IBAN IT73B0200824202000001054652 – BIC UNCRITMM
- Cash on delivery with post-dated bank cheque made out to Artemondo New Srl – reserved for existing customers
- Online payment with credit card via Nexi platform – Comfortable, secure and fast To complete your purchase with PagOnline, we will send you a payment link directly via email or WhatsApp.
By clicking on the link, you can make the payment in total security with your credit card, without having to enter additional data or go through complicated steps. It is a simple, rapid system designed to offer you maximum peace of mind during purchases. If you do not see the link or need support, we are always available to help you.
Before shipping, we will contact the customer to communicate the final amount including shipping costs and VAT and to confirm delivery methods and times.
If paying by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after we have verified the credit to our current account. We still recommend sending the bank statement via email: artemondo@infotel.it so that we can keep the goods reserved in your name.
4. Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at the time of shipment, based on the weight, volume, and destination of the packages.
5. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2 working days, unless otherwise available or due to specific customer requests.
6. Returns and Goods Re-entries
Any return must be **authorized** by Artemondo New Srl.
A return can only be requested in case of **supply error** or **damaged goods**.
Requests must be sent within 30 days of receiving the goods.
In case of supply error, the exchange will be with items from the **current season**.
